We’re cooking up something special for the Williamstown Jazz Festival 🎷🔥

The Cookers are bringing that bold, mid-’60s energy to the stage — raw, electric, and full of fire. Featuring an all-star lineup with Dr. Eddie Henderson, Azar Lawrence, George Cables, Billy Hart (Jabali), Cecil McBee, Donald Harrison, and David Weiss, this is jazz at its most powerful and alive.

Expect expansive post-bop, masterful improvisation, and the kind of chemistry you only get from legends who have truly lived the music.

April is Jazz Appreciation Month 🎷

Did you know the Berkshires have been part of jazz history for decades?

Back in the 1950s, Lenox was home to the legendary Music Inn—where icons like Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, and John Coltrane came to perform, collaborate, and push the boundaries of the genre. It was also the site of the Lenox School of Jazz—one of the first places jazz was taught as an art form.

For decades, artists have come to the Berkshires not just to perform—but to create, connect, and find inspiration in these hills.

And that spirit is still alive today.

We’re proud to be continuing that legacy with the Williamstown Jazz Festival—bringing world-class artists, fresh energy, and unforgettable performances back to the Berkshires!

We’re thrilled to welcome Connie Han to the inaugural Williamstown Jazz Festival.

Hailed by Variety as “one of contemporary jazz’s most talented and inventive musicians,” and dubbed a “Jazz Warrior-Goddess” by DownBeat, Connie brings a bold, electrifying presence to the piano. Her playing honors the greats while pushing the sound forward — fearless, dynamic, and completely her own.

Join us as Connie Han Trio takes the stage for an unforgettable night of modern jazz in the Berkshires.

What an incredible night in the Berkshires at the The Clark with Artemis.

These powerhouse women absolutely brought down the house with deeply connective music, breathtaking musicianship, and a chemistry you could feel in every note. We even had the privilege of hearing a newly commissioned piece performed live — a really special moment.

So grateful to experience world-class jazz like this right here in the Berkshires. What a night.
