Weekend Survival Kits is a trademarked, 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to giving elementary school kids who qualify for the national school lunch and breakfast programs a fighting chance to do well in school. The program does this by making sure that the kids have food to eat over the weekend during the school year. Without enough to eat they come to school on Monday not ready to learn.
