This year the Grand Giving Initiative is focusing on giving back to our troops and supporting a wonderful organization in Ayden NC called NC Support our Troops. They are a nonprofit organization with the mission to support troops and families with care and comfort items and expressions of appreciation for their service and sacrifices and they also provide care and support to veteran organizations.

Any donation is greatly appreciated!

Good afternoon! For the 2025 Christmas season I would love to get items to either send to our Troops or either items for residents in local nursing homes. Some easy items would be individually wrapped snacks, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc

I've decided that in 2025 Grand Giving Initiative will be collecting items for NC Support our Troops. We have several special family members who served in the military in our family and I thought that this would be a great way to honor them

Putting together the goody bags for Williamston House from Grand Giving Initiative.

Each resident will receive (most items are travel size)
Facial tissues, hand lotion, body wash, nail file, a new pair of socks, toothbrush/toothpaste, hair comb, candy & a mini notebook.

I also have a box of extra items like bodywash, shampoo, socks, deodorant, etc for the staff to use as a need arises for them. There are also some new puzzle books and devotional books for their rec room.

It's time for the 2024 Grand Giving Initiative to kick off! There are 48 residents of Williamston House that I am planning on purchasing gifts for. This year I'm going to focus on personal care items such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Snacks are also greatly appreciated by the residents.

I saw a post last night from Williamston House about Christmas wish lists for their residents. This year I would like to get personal care items to hand out - things like body wash, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, toothbrushes/toothpaste, etc. If anyone would like to donate please let me know! They currently have 49 residents
