Every story shared helps more people learn about the needs of foster, adoptive, and kinship families in our community and the many ways we can come together to support them.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to share our story and for a community that continues to help us make sure families feel seen, supported, and loved.

How perfect are these birthday cards, handmade by teen volunteer Addy Fausey?! 🎉 Addy wanted to do something special to contribute to our Made to Celebrate birthday gift boxes, and she created these beautiful cards for the children we serve. We couldn’t love them more! 💙 Thank you Addy!!!🥹

A HUGE shoutout to Mark and the team at for helping make the first Back-to-School Pop-Up at our Columbia County Bloomsburg location a reality! 🎒✏️

Together, we created a wish list, gathered supplies, and welcomed families to our very first Back-to-School event. Mark and his team not only helped us prepare, they also donated a generous $500 gift card to purchase anything else needed to make the event a success!

We’d also like to thank everyone who donated backpacks, school supplies, clothing, and their time. Because of this incredible community, we served 7 families and 23 children, and counting!

We truly could not do this without our community’s support. Thank you for helping local children begin the school year feeling prepared, confident, and cared for! 💙

We’re covering Trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Attachment, Rupture & Repair, and Safely meeting needs.

Lynn and Jenn are spending the day with the Early Care and PreSchool Teacher teams at Meadowbrook Christian School in Milton today.

We’re talking all things Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), effects of Toxic Stress, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACRs), and Attachment.

In short, it’s all about and bringing through intentional interactions.

Backhouse Cafe' Coffee & Tea turns 8 tomorrow!!! 🎂 We hope to see you there for the celebration!! ☕️

Alrighty... Tomorrow the 13th Backhouse turns 8. So here's what we're gonna do. All day it's "I Love You a Latte'" fundraiser. Caregivers, Fairlawn Community Church is hosting a playdate for our Dwell families on Saturday, September 12th from 9a-11:30am. Snacks provided!

Bring your family, watch your kiddos play, and enjoy conversation with other foster, adoptive, and kinship families.

The church facilities are amazing with an indoor playground and gymnasium for your littles and bigs to let loose!

Our Lycoming County Pop-Up, alongside the incredible The New Love Center , is a reminder of what happens when a community comes together with open hands and generous hearts. Families are being cared for, needs are being met, and God’s provision is showing up in tangible ways.

There is truly so much goodness when we choose to share what we’ve been given. ✨

We are so grateful for the support of during their Transform week! Youth students brought boxes of school supplies and helped sort, organize, and prepare these supplies for our Back to School pop up in Lycoming county. Their support ensures that kids in foster care will head back to school this year feeling prepared and confident for whatever the school year may bring.
