This date commemorates the long-overdue freedom granted to the remaining 250,000 enslaved African Americans in Confederate states, two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed.

We are proud to partner with the Williamsport Bureau of Fire, Tioga County PA Sheriff's Office, and Laurel Mountain K9 Search & Rescue to help keep over 30 individuals across our region safe through Project Lifesaver!

We are with hundreds of community servants from 88 United Ways across 13 states, and we’re bringing it all back to North Central PA. Can’t wait to get back to the office and down to brass tacks!
