🌟6th grade recognition🌟

Our 6th grade night is fast approaching! We ask that you please have your athlete fill out the google form below. Please have all responses in by September 11th to have time to prepare!

Before the game we will have all 6th grade athletes and whoever is accompanying them across the field meet by the away side of the track to get lined up and ready. More details will be posted from your coaches closer to game day! Thank you!

Please ask your 6th grader to answer these questions and submit them by Friday, September 11th for 6th grade recognition night on September 19th.

Our photographer will start tearing down after 6:30 and there is no longer a line.

Our photographer will be set up and ready in the men’s club building at 430 tomorrow for those who need to get their make up pictures. Try to get in early to avoid missing too much practice time.

With the recent rains we’ve had come through, Amanda Clearcreek is not able to host this weekend. So our games have been moved onto our high school practice field here at Westfall again. So please remember to bring your own chairs and seating again. Stay tuned for anymore updates we have for this weekend. Thank you everyone.

Lost and found. Left on our sidelines bench. We locked them up in the Monroe concession stand for whoever they belong to. 2 bottles and the shirt.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Due to the amount of rain we’ve gotten this week and expected to get more of later in the day, our games tomorrow have been moved off of the High School game field and onto the practice field right next to the parking lot. We will still have concessions set up out by the field and will still be cash only. With the field change and no bleachers parents and families will have to bring their own chairs and seating. The gate will be open to the game field restrooms for those who need it. Parking is to be in the parking lot or the gravel lot where the school busses usually park, there is no parking in the grass. Any questions feel free to reach out to one of our board members. Thank you all.

📸Picture Day📸

We will have a photographer at the Men's Club (the building in front of the practice field) on Saturday, August 22nd for pictures. If you would like pictures please being your athlete, in uniform, during their teams designated time slot:
9am- Varsity football
9:45am- JV football
10:30am- Prep football
11:15am- Varsity cheer
11:45am- JV and Prep cheer

There will be order forms available when you arrive if you are not able to print and fill out beforehand.

Make up Picture Day will be the following Tuesday before practice, August 25th, at 5pm if you are not able to make it Saturday morning.

As of right now we are having practice tonight. Radar is showing it’s only going to be rain at the start of practice and then clearing out. If that changes we will let everyone know ASAP.

With the storms rolling through we are going to cancel practices this evening. We will have a walkthrough style practice for those who are able to make it on Saturday morning at 10 AM. Concessions will not be open Saturday morning. Stay safe and see everyone tomorrow.
