💜 SPRING PROVIDER SUMMIT 🐘

There is something powerful that happens when passionate people come together with one mission: to grow, sharpen one another, and better serve families. 🤍

This quarter, our incredible provider team gathered for our Spring Provider Summit, and it was one of our most impactful days yet.

We were honored to spend the day at Logan Manor House, beautifully owned and operated by Encore Endeavors (also affectionately known as “The Big Blue House!”). 💙 Nestled in downtown Logan, the historic home created the perfect atmosphere for connection, learning, and vision. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. 🏡

The day was packed with leadership, inspiration, and next-level training:

• Worship led by Erika Chambers
• Devotion led by Michelle Ford
• Leadership Development from Debrina Williams, Executive Director of the Logan County Chamber of Commerce
• Insight from the court’s perspective with the Honorable Judge Sabrina Deskins
• Provider insight and practical training from Kischman Roblee
• Tax and record-keeping strategies to maximize deductions from Bonnie Compton of Compton Tax Services
• In-house training from our Clinical Director, Rodney Chambers, and Executive Director, Cody Justice

We were also honored to have Margitta Mazzocchi stop by to share briefly with our team and spend time with us during lunch. Her encouragement and support meant so much. 💙💛

And because no great summit is complete without great food, we were spoiled with an incredible bagel bar 🥯 and drinks from Main Street Co and an amazing catered lunch from Four Seasons. 🍗

This was more than a training day. It was a reminder that we are building something special. ❤️‍🔥

We are raising the standard. We are growing stronger. And we are preparing for an even greater impact in the months ahead. 💥

If you have ever wondered what it looks like when passionate providers, strong leadership, and a heart for people come together in one room… this was it.

We’re excited about everything happening with our friends at WV CASA Association, Inc.! They are actively working to expand into Logan & Mingo Counties!

We were honored that our director & some of our board of directors got to go to and be a sponsor at their Love Our Children Gala. It was such a fun time and a great event!

Looking forward to strengthening our partnerships to better serve our families and our kids!
