Tug Valley Arts Council The Tug Valley Arts Council (TVAC) has been in existence for over 35 years, serving the coalfields of Southern West Virginia and Eastern Kentucky.

The aims and objectives of the TVAC are: Promoting, encouraging, and arousing interest and support in the arts by presenting a performing artist series that is enjoyable and displays a wide variety of music, dance, and theater live performances. To take programs into schools. To encourage artistic talent on the local level, and to bring an awareness to everyone of the rich heritage, culture, and freedom of expression that we are privileged to have.

On July 30th, we are bringing back the spirit of the 1930's supper club in the Grand Ballroom of the Historic Mountaineer Hotel!

•Supper Club Concert Night featuring Minor Swing takes us back to Saturday nights spent at supper cubs enjoying dinner and live music with friends.

From Charleston, West Virginia, Minor Swing takes the style of Gypsy Jazz, created and made popular in the 1930's by French Romani guitarist Django Reinhardt and violinist Stephan Grappelli, and performs it for all to experience and enjoy.

•Dinner will also be served during the event. One hour prior to the concert begin time, you're encouraged to enjoy a cash coffee and wine bar on the mezzanine.

6:00pm-7:00pm- Social Hour on the mezzanine. See event link for details.

6:45pm - Ballroom opens for seating.

7:00pm- Dinner service begins

7:15pm- Minor Swing concert begins

8:00pm- Brief Intermission

8:15pm-Minor Swing concert resumes

8:55pm-Supper Club Concert Night Concludes.

•Tickets go on sale June 15, 2022•

$25.00 per ticket-general admission seating

$225.00 reserved table for 8(this ensures your group is seated together)
Ticket includes dinner.

•Tickets will be available at the Tug Valley Chamber of Commerce, "the Coal House". Tickets will also be available through the Chamber online shop.

All tickets must be purchased in advance.

A limited amount of tickets will be available for this event!

Tickets must be purchased by 2pm on July 26th.

Buy early before tickets are sold out.
