We need help planting flowers at the Trail of Hope. If you are interested meet at the Lyons Community Center where the Trail of Hope is at 9:00 am on Thursday May 21st. We have 2,000 flowers to plant. Here is what it looks like in the summer.

My daughter Colleen was the project manager for this wonderful playground in Lyons. She wrote grants and secured the funding.

Fantastic wildflower hike today at Chimney Bluffs. Flowers were at peak and no wind. Oh and the view was outstanding.
