In 2025, we consistently heard about the increased demand for food assistance, and this year’s report reflects our belief that Access to Food is Access to Health. While food access took center stage, our true strength lies in the incredible diversity of our grantees’ expertise, each tackling a pillar of health from their unique vantage point.

The Williamsburg Health Foundation (WHF) Board of Trustees recently approved over $220,000 in grant funding across 11 nonprofit organizations working to enhance health in the City of Williamsburg, James City County, and York County.

The deadline for both Project/Program (Non-Capital) Proposals and Capital Project Proposals is Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
