Hey everybody, I know its August and we are all busy working and vacationing. However the November event will be here before we know it. Now is a good time to take a look at you kit, check for missing or broken pieces and of need be order things you may need or want. That way come November you will have all your gear ready to go.

Gentlemen, Vince, Greg, Parrish and myself just got home from a wonderful event in NC at the Bennett's Place Museum. It was a small timeline ranging from rev war to civil war, Span AM, WW1, WW2 Vietnam and Afghanistan. It was a great event with many smiling faces and very happy visitors. While the event currently is small they are looking to get bigger and do more and better demos for the public. So anybody interested in coming out next year please do, I promise it will be fun .

Hey guys I have recently heard of some confusion, again, about the date of the event. The November event is always the first FULL weekend in November. That includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The November event will be held the 7th, 8th and 9th this year.

Hey guys, hope everyone is well. As you all know the fall event is right around the corner! Please try and pre register for the event, registration closes Friday Oct 31. After that you will have to register at the event and pay the gate fee. If you need or have equipment issues sound off NOW lets get them fixed asap so no one is lost at the event.

Hey guys,

I hope everyone is well and had a fun safe summer. I have been working on a plan for our training weekend, so here are the details I have so far.



Date, Saturday sept 13th and sunday sept 14th

Time, start around 11 am that way everyone has time to drive to Williamsburg Saturday morning instead of after work Friday night.

We will be working on facings, marching, squad drill, trench raiding, trench clearing, rifle drill and have time for live firing.

(Everyone bring blanks and live ammo if you have any)

There has been interest in camping out, we have ready 2 sites one in the wood the other in the woods. Either one will work.
There is water on the site but the pump was acting funny today when I went to check it out so id advise brining some water with you.

This is just a training weekend so no need to shave and get hair cuts, just come as you are. As for gear bring your ammo belt, gas mask, rifle and whatever you need to camp with. Modern or period camping is ok.

All are welcome to come out. As of right now Me, Vince, Jay, Michael, and Parrish are coming out. If anyone else wants to join just let me know and ill send you my address.

Hey guys Vince, Michael and myself got back last night from the site. We finished up work on our new fire bay and it looks great. All that is left is sand bagging, lots of sand bagging. Everyone bring your etools to the event.
