Prayer is an important part of our weekly rhythm at Heart for Orphans. ❤️ Our global team regularly comes together to pray for one another, for the children and families we serve, and for the needs of our ministry.

This week, we're lifting up the children, families, and ministry leaders we serve around the world. Though separated by thousands of miles, we are united in one purpose—to seek God's guidance, protection, and peace.

We pray for children to know they are deeply loved, for families to find strength in difficult circumstances, and for our teams to be encouraged as they faithfully serve each day.

Hope in the Midst of Hardship.

It's difficult to put into words what life has been like for our ministry partners in Ukraine over the last four years.

Every day, Nik and his family wake up in a city under constant attack. Yet every week, they choose to get back in a van and drive toward communities that many others have forgotten—delivering food, essential supplies, and, most importantly, the hope of Christ.

When we recently asked Nik how we could pray, he didn't ask for an end to the ministry or an easier assignment. He asked for strength to remain faithful, for protection over his family, and for God to heal the broken hearts of the children living through this war.

Would you pause today and pray with us for Nik, his family, and the countless children and families they continue to serve? We are grateful for their courage, their unwavering faith, and the reminder that even in the darkest places, the light of Christ continues to shine. 🙏❤️

More Than Just a Kitchen. ❤

What a special celebration at Calvary Kids House in Kenya!

We recently shared about the completion of their new kitchen, but we couldn’t resist sharing a few moments from the special ribbon-cutting ceremony. The children and staff gathered together for worship, prayer, and thanksgiving as they dedicated this new space to the Lord. 🙏

This kitchen is more than just a new building—it’s a safer, healthier space where meals can be prepared and shared for the more than 90 children who call Calvary Kids House home.

We’re so grateful for God’s faithfulness and for everyone whose prayers and generosity helped make this possible. Thank you for helping create a place where these children can continue to grow, thrive, and experience His love. ❤️

Growing In Faith

Recently, our team at Kenya Friends Club in Turkana spent time reviewing the lessons and activities they've been sharing with the youth. It was inspiring to see how much the students had learned and how confidently they applied what they've been taught. Moments like these remind us that faithful discipleship, week after week, is making a lasting difference.

We were also grateful to welcome new youth to the club. Every new face is another opportunity to share God's love, build lasting relationships, and walk alongside the next generation as they grow in faith.

Your prayers, encouragement, and generosity are helping create places where young people can experience hope, discover their God-given worth, and grow in Christ. ❤️
