Big shout out to our many sponsors for our 61st Annual Queens Lake Day celebration!! Thank you so much for all of your help making this day so great for our neighbors.

Many thanks to neighbor Neil Griggs of Moody's Kitchen for donating our wonderful lunches. He provided 210 adult lunches and 75 children lunches. Thanks Neil!!

As a thank you, Queens Lake neighbors donated $10 per adult lunch to a community organization that is near and dear to Neil and to so many of us. QLCA presented a check for $2100 to Brandon Randall, Executive Director, Hospice House of Williamsburg. Pictured here is Sean Askew, QLCA President, Neil Griggs, and Brandon Randall.

Queens Lake Day is about bringing community together and we did just that on so many levels!!

Greetings! This is the official page for QLCA members and shares information about meetings, activities and events in the neighborhood. Think of it as an electronic bulletin board and not a forum for discussion. Follow the page and you will be alerted when information is shared.

Queens Lake is an amazing place to live! We are fortunate to have an active association, the QLCA, which consists of a number of volunteers from the neighborhood. The association dues which are collected annually maintains our common areas including the lake, pond, pool, playground, clubhouse, tennis courts, fields, and marina. All of these wonderful amenities are here for the use and enjoyment of association members which increases the property value of every home in the neighborhood. The more homeowners who join the association, the more resources we have to care for these amenities and the more vibrant our community will be.

A Membership in the Queens Lake Community Association, Inc. (QLCA) is available to each property owner with two types of memberships available: TRADITIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND DEEDED MEMBERSHIP.

Traditional Members buy a $1,000 stock certificate in the Association. Deeded Members have no stock purchase requirement; however, there is a deed-restriction document that is filed with York County requiring all current and future owners of the property to be members of the Association. When a deeded property is sold, the new owners must pay a $100 transfer fee to Queens Lake Community Association.
