Book Club starts tomorrow. 📚

Join us Sunday at 4pm for our first meeting, where we’ll be digging into chapters 1-7 of Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés.

If you haven’t read this one before, you’re in for something. Estés weaves myth, folklore, and Jungian psychology into an exploration of the Wild Woman archetype, the instinctual, knowing part of ourselves that so many of us were taught to quiet down.

It’s the kind of book that asks a lot of you, which makes it exactly the kind of book worth reading in community.

September has a way of arriving all at once. Schedules tighten, calendars fill, and the pace picks up before anyone asks whether you wanted it to. So consider this an invitation to a slow Sunday instead. No pressure, no performance, just good conversation with people who are working through the same pages.

Haven’t finished the chapters? Come anyway. 💜

Today is the last day of August. 🌾

We called this month Harvest of the Heart. In many ways, the journey into the depths of self to harvest what was ready likely asked more of you than expected. We moved through an intense eclipse cycle that shook things loose, brought things to the surface that we had been avoiding, and asked us to be honest with ourselves about what was and was not actually working in our lives.

Some people had beautiful months - perhaps feeling validated for the work they have done, and the beliefs they have shifted. But many of us made it through by white-knuckling life - tears, screaming, laughter - maybe a bit of all of it.

Before we step into September, we want to take a pause here.

Tomorrow we begin a new month, and we’re calling it Balancing the Scales. A month about holding light and shadow together, without pretending either one isn’t there. But you don’t build that kind of balance without first acknowledging what carried you to this moment.

So, let’s take a moment and do that together.

I want you to tag someone in the comments who lifted you up or held your hand in the midst of hardship this month. The one who checked in. The person who let you fall apart and sat there in the pain with you, just holding space, not flinching at the pieces of yourself you have often considered unworthy of being witnessed. The one who made you laugh when you needed a moment of levity more than anything.

Additionally, tell us one thing you learned or changed or noticed this month that you are grateful to be carrying forward.
