Pre-season Practice Monday and Wednesday this week at 6pm. Next week we will start mandatory practice on Monday at 4. If you haven’t gotten your physical in final forms, please work on it this week. We will have a parents meeting on Thursday 8/13 at 5:30 at the old gym.

Time for pre-season work! Starting Monday 7/6, we will meet every Monday and Wednesday at the WHS Old Gym @ 6 pm. Middle and high school runners and anyone interested in XC for the 2026 season are welcome.
