Happening Saturday, June 6, it's time again for Siren Nation’s annual Dolly Parton Hoot Night at the Alberta Rose Theatre! This show always proves to be a fun night of local ladies singing their hearts out for the love of Ms. Parton, who is arguably the most successful female country singer of all time.

A portion of each ticket goes to support the Willamina Public Library. Purchase your ticket and join Library Director Sarah Frost in person at the event, or you can purchase a ticket to stream right from the comfort of your home.

Siren Nation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Are you a parent or caregiver? Do you work with children? We are offering the Circle of Security series at our library this summer. Learn about how to develop a secure bond, learn more about child behavior, and add to your support network.

This is a free series and includes a meal and child care. Classes are on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 5:30-7:30, June 15th through July 15th (with a break on June 29 and July 1).

Help us stock our hygiene supplies! You can drop off donations of new items at during business hours. Recommended items: toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, reading glasses, sunscreen, soap, tampons, pads, first aid supplies. Yard games are available at Willamina Public Library because it's the COOLEST.

Get outdoors and active with the library. We now have recreation equipment and yard games available for checkout as part of our Library of Things. More coming soon! Come visit the library.

It is that time again! Registration is open for our annual youth Comic-Making Workshops with illustrator Garrett Ley.

We will have Free Comic Book Day, May 2, workshops for youth and teens. An additional 6-day series will be offered through July.

Registration is required for the Free Comic Book Day workshops and for the Workshop series, as space is limited and interest is high.

To register, email Sarah Frost at [email protected] with the name of the youth/teen, their age, and whether you are registering for the Free Comic Book Day workshop or the Workshop Series.
