THE Call AND APPEAL FOR YOUR HUMANITARIAN SPIRIT THIS HOLIDAY SEASON
This is a call and appeal to conscious, progressive Black Folk that care about Black Children. We continued to talk about the condition in our neighborhoods and the impact on children and families however actions speak louder than words, remember that old cliché.

We have hundreds of children's that's trap in poverty by no fault of their own, needing the bare essentials like food, clothing and shelter.

The historical black community, children were the center piece of all life and activity . We understood then that they were the future that represented our collect dreams and aspirations as Black people, and the community as a whole invested in there well-being.
We accept our responsibility as adults, despite what the circumstances were,we all took responsibility for the parental guidance of children from the neighborhood.

The manifestation of my brother's keeper, the Good Samaritan on the side of the road have to be the guiding light in reaching down into our humanity and making the necessary sacrifices for our children.

We're asking everyone to make a conscience effort in donating for this much worthy cause, helping a child stay warm for the winter.
Black childrens life matter!

THE CALL: THE PLEDGE AND REMEMBERING THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE MILLIONS MAN MARCH OCTOBER 16TH

The pledge in committing to service for our people and community.. have to be a continuous rallying call for social and economic justice.

We have to become practitioners in the planning and implementation of concrete strategies that will bring about fundamental changes to our community and black life.

The theme of the march for justice or else was the catalyst that brought us together. The framework for critical thinking has to be taken back to your community for practical application. The March was no magic bullet it was to galvanize our collective thoughts around social justice issues for people of color and particularly black people

The operational unity between multiple organizations individuals and groups will determine weather or not we have internalized the true message that came out of the million man March 20th anniversary, in addition to standing on the shoulders of our ancestors and their lessons that came from there resistance to white supremacy racism that lead to great historical resistant movements in this country.

We have to continue to build new paradigms that we'll give us the independency to break away from the clutches of white supremacy racism.. this break out of the psychological injuries and emotional trauma have to be a purposeful and conscious effort.
The conscious have to stimulate the unconscious into a a well-educated disciplined oiled machine.

Community liberators and activist have to become engaged in mass movement building in politicizing and educating the masses of people at the grass roots and community level.

The blue print for social justice have to leverage and consolidate various other social justice activist and agendas. The power is in our ability to close our ranks in pushing forward multiple social agenda items.

While engaging in social justice direct actions against institutions that perpetuate systemic structural racism , the parallel building of institutions is necessary in building self sufficiency, self-reliance, independency and self-determination.

The million man march 20th anniversary was a historical event however, history well be the true predictor of weather or not it advanced our social justice agenda.

Marchs, rallies, great speeches, protests are only as good as the follow -up that comes after them. The real work begin on the ground from the bottom up, nothing can substitute text book 101 organizing around community struggles. This struggle is a protracted one.We have to be in it for the long haul, we have to build up our endurance, patience, principles, tolerance and above all educate ourselves around previous struggles and best practices and place them in our toolbox.

We have to engage from a multidimensional approach with clear objectives and understanding that everyones approach is not going to be the same, with ideological, religious, social and cultural differences of experiences and perspectives. However by principal discussions we can resolve our differences in moving forward.

The social justice agenda have to include bringing our people and community back to a spiritual and cultural centeredness in addressing the psychological, emotional and spiritual trauma.
Community activist need to ground themselves in the historical culture struggle of black people, and community struggles that impact their lives..
There's no time for petty differences, time is of the essence and the urgency of the moment is now.

Let's begin to solidify around our commonality and promote principle discussions in reconciling our our differences around direct action campaigns and effective organizer .The urgency of the moment dictate our immediate response to this call.

The unification of black people is a necessity!
Liberation today ,tomorrow and the future!
Let's begin to educate, activate and liberate our community!THE CALL: THE PLEDGE AND REMEMBERING THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE MILLIONS MAN MARCH OCTOBER 16TH

However by principal discussions we can resolve our differences in moving forward.

A grave mistake in the past have been .. activists inability to connect with regular folks on the ground ,in our arrogancy and self inflated egos..we think we can wage this struggle without ordinary people.this movement will not move forward without the masses of ordinary people, otherwise will find ourselves disconnected and disengaged from our community and the folks that need our leadership. This is a lesson learn, don't isolate your self from our historical base.

(Maafa )The great suffering and displacement of African people ,and the bombardment of cultural and psychic intrusion of Eurocentric white supremacy thought have create a deep-seated spiritual injury and wounding of black people. The social engineering of internalized racism, self hatred have manifested into the contemporary interpersonal conflict that we see playing itself out in the black community, black crime is not just being perpetuated in the hood.

We see it being played out amongst black leadership that don't support black communities, black politicians who is not supporting and pushing progressive legislative policies, professional black middle class that's not opening up opportunities for other black people, black educators who refused to expose educational injustice, black Christians who won't work with other black Christians, blacklisting you don't want to work with other black Muslims , black people who continue to work in a white supremacy framework against their own and black activist who refused to work together for the broader interest of our community.

These are the attributes and characteristics of mental disorders incubate from white supremacy racism. These social dilemmas have to be factor into our blueprint for social action and reform.

The social justice agenda have to include bringing our people and community back to a spiritual and cultural centeredness in addressing the psychological, emotional and spiritual trauma.
