Grindware is a business based solely on motivation, geared towards underprivileged youth. We provide avenues of hope to the misguided minds of the personal that have been involuntarily infected by cultural ways and myths to be successful. Grindware uses media, attire, entertainment, and speaking events to change lives, and motivate the weary. We stand alone as a movement, not a branch of business, but entirely by motivation. Believing that to just be motivated is the seed of any successful mind.

The GC is a safe haven for the surrounding community. Adapting and relating to the surrounding social and economic issues, it will create an avenue of success for the misguided minds of a troubled place. There will be several revolving programs and activities to create the change. The GC is acting as the central location for the already established Non-Profit organization, The Grindware Foundation. It will provide mentors the children can relate to, space for spoken word, speakers, and art galleries. They will also provide offices, recreational/universal space, a conference room, a studio, a store front, computer room, and an educational classroom.
