Faith Lane brings decades of professional caregiving, community leadership, and entrepreneurial experience to her role as Treasurer. Since 2008, Faith has been the sole proprietor of Faithโs Homemade Sweet Potato Pies, blending business acumen, financial management, and a passion for community connection.
โA certified Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Faith has built a comprehensive career centered on supporting vulnerable populations. Her extensive healthcare background includes 20 years as a Home Health and Hospice Direct Care Professional, providing compassionate, critical support to families during their most challenging moments. Additionally, her seven years of experience as a substitute teacher gives her a direct, invaluable understanding of the daily lives and mental health needs of modern youth.
โFaithโs commitment to community governance is further demonstrated by her service as a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Chaplain and her role as Chairperson of the Wilkes-Barre Advisory Board Committee since 2023. As a proud mother of five and a grandmother, Faithโs passion for youth advocacy is deeply personal. She is honored to lend her unique blend of business management, behavioral health expertise, and crisis care to ensure the fiscal health and continued impact of the emergency teen hotline at TeenLine of Nepa.
Alyssa:
Alyssa is excited and deeply honored to begin her role as a board member for TeenLine of Nepa. Supporting the mental health and well-being of young people is a cause that is incredibly important to her, and she is proud to be part of an organization that provides a safe, compassionate lifeline for teens in crisis.
TeenLine of Nepa plays a critical role in su***de prevention and emotional support, ensuring that no teen has to face their struggles alone. She is looking forward to helping advance this important mission, raising awareness, and supporting the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to make a difference every day.
I am grateful for this opportunity to serve and am committed to helping NEPA Teen Line continue its life-saving work throughout our community.
