Act 511 info we received:

To whom it may concern –

I am the attorney for the Act 511 Plaintiffs in Scranton. Recently a Judge ruled Scranton is overtaxing its residents by $10M per year and ordered the city to place $50M in escrow. According to a story in the Scranton Times on Sunday January 19, Wilkes-Barre is doing something similar. The City of Scranton is appealing the matter and the end result will affect Wilkes-Barre.
