LW Coalition The LW Coalition is comprised of community stakeholders within Luzerne and Wyoming counties.

The Coalition's mission is to educate professionals in the disability service system about efforts to support employment, share information and resources, develop inter-agency relationships, explain policy, and engage the business community.
