Reminder:: State Lions Convention at the Tavern, in Lamar Colorado!!! April 10 & 11th. If you have not registered please get ahold of a Wiley Lions member or Lamar Lions member so we can have an accurate count for the food! Looking forward to having a fun filled weekend. Good tours, great food, conversation, friends, and laughter! Bring any used eye glasses and any saved pop/drink tabs, to help out kids in need and the Ronald McDonald house!🙏

Look out Colorado State Convention!! Wiley Lions Club members labeled and stamped over 1800 envelopes!!! So, everyone keep and eye out for these beautiful white envelopes!!👍 Wiley FFA Chapter started making and bringing our club their dinner!!! That’s a BIG THANK YOU!! Was delicious👍

Well a Big THANK YOU. To all the sponsors of the silent auction items: Wiley meat processing, Colorado Mills, Travis Walker, Dave and Julie Esgar, Scentsy- Tori Hawks, Jams, Jellies and more-Toni States. Great music by. Mat Matta, Julie Esgar and her amazing decorating. Wow! What a busy three weeks it has been. Tonight the Wiley Lions Club is hosting a dance to raise money for the Wiley fire department. We challenging all the other local lions clubs to attend if possible. Then the last week in September, the Los Animas Lions club set up a booth at their local craft fair, to entice people to become members, and let the community know more about lions. A week later, the Wiley Lions Club had a meeting and was entertained by members from the Rocky Ford Lions Club/Santa Claus.😊 The last picture is now Wiley Lion clubs, official mascot.!!! Can anyone guess who it is?

Delighted to meet other Lion Club Members!!! The Las Animas Lions Club participated in the local craft fair, seeking new members and raising awareness about high school scholarships. Conversations took place about forthcoming fundraisers. Details were shared about the Wiley Lions Club dance on November 8 in Wiley, Colorado.

Sorry for posting late!! On July 15th at the Brase’s residence, we had a pot luck to welcome, meet and greet and just have some fun getting to know 4 of this years Lions International exchange students. Lynn Schwartz hosted two boys - Bernardo from Brazil and Al from Spain. The States’ hosted two girls- Elisa from Italy and Sylvia from Spain. The kids each brought a dish from their country to share. They mixed in mingled and shared photos and talk. There were Lamar Lions members and Wiley Lions members. The students arrived on July 1 and 2nd, and will be headed to the lions camp on the 20th. There several of the Wiley Clun Members along with several other Lions Clubs, they will prepare the meal for all the Colorado exchange students for their 1st night at the camp! ⛺️
