Questions about the new art in Byrne Plaza at Pacific and Oak aves. Well it’s the idea of Max Chambers a Life scout in troop 75 Chartered by the American Legion post 184. It’s not just decor, it’s a functional bicycle rack that can secure well over 15 bikes. This is Max’s Eagle Scout project. While it only took him and his team about 6 hours to install, the planning started well over 8 months ago. A big thank you to a ABS signs, the Anglesea Irish society, Morey’s Organization and all contributors to make this possible.
