Last week, Eastern Regional High School Students Planet Vikings 🌍 , took the trip down to Wildwood Crest, NJ to see the Love Blue Model in person & help clean up our beaches after the Nor’Easter hit the Jersey Shore hard!

This amazing group removed 353 pounds of trash & debris from our beaches. 103 lbs worth of plastics & debris & 250 pounds of pressure treated wood, pieces of docks, pilings, & other infrastructure that broke loose during the storm.

THANK YOU to the Eastern Vikings for making the trip down & making our community cleaner We will see you all in the Spring!! 💙🌊🤙🏽

It’s important to remember why we’re doing this. Not just for the environment but for all of the creatures of the beach even when they are feathered little buggers who steal hot dogs… oh no I’ve said too much… those seagulls upstairs will make sure I’m sleeping with the fishes now!!! What I meant to say is seagulls are amazing creatures who deserve clean beaches.
