Things are moving at Bobby Mackey's!

They are digging up big chunks of concrete...long buried under the old foundation. Possibly the foundation of the Old 76 Distillery?

So far no bones have been found - or Pearl's head.

My son and 3 other Ryle HS seniors are Wendigo and are playing tonight at the Madison Rooftop in Covington.
Wendigo plays 90s grunge/alt rock covers and original music.

Opening bands at 7:30 and Wendigo should be on stage around 9.

Last week I visited the old Bobby Mackey’s site. I had not been there since it was torn down.
It was a very somber visit. I still can’t believe it’s gone. 😞

The wall from the Room of Faces is still standing but somebody chipped away “Johanna’s” face. 😡

The well is uncovered but there is a tower of plywood in the hole, presumably to keep people from driving into it.

There were times when I was walking around that I could smell the basement. It’s still there in spirit.

Do you think the ghosts have moved on? Or are they waiting …..???
