Brian Whitmore has graciously offered to provide live entertainment for our Post on Saturday, August 1st 8pm - midnight. Come and join us for some great music and refreshments.

Our live entertainment that we had scheduled at our Legion Park Building for Saturday night had to cancel due to a family emergency. We will still be open serving iced cold pivo and celebrating our town's Czech heritage.

Mr Bates took a group of 24 students from Wilber-Clatonia High School along with some adult chaperones to Washington DC. One of their stops was at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. A group may request a public wreath ceremony to honor US veterans and members of the armed forces by laying down a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. We are priveledged that our post was a part of this ceremony. Thank you Mr. Bates for making this happen.
