Homeowners, just wanted to put out an FYI the HOA turned off all the sprinkler systems last night. Due to the cooler weather, recent rains and the current upcoming weather forecast, other homeowners may start thinking about cutting back on their sprinkler runs also. In driving around the association last night to turn off sprinklers it was noticed that there are some extremely wet areas. Some caused by HOA sprinklers and some from runoff from yards of homeowners that are just being over watered. Thanks all!

We’re happy to let you know that, after some discussion, the Board has decided to keep the pool open for swimmers through Sunday, September 13th! We hope you’ll take advantage of the extra time and enjoy the pool before the season comes to an end. We look forward to seeing you there!

Residents: FOUND ITEM: there was a chain or necklace found on one of the sidewalks. If you happen to have lost one, please DM the page and describe the item we can get you in contact with the one who found it.

Several of our fellow neighbors have complained to the board regarding golf carts driving around the ponds and various areas. We kindly asked that we keep those on the streets only and avoid the sidewalks unless using for sprinkler and pond maintenance.

Residents: we have received several reports of teens or young people parking vehicles blocking fire hydrants in several of the cul-de-sacs around Highland Springs. Reminder that there are city ordinances regarding parking and blocking said hydrants. Please discuss with your visitors to make sure that they are not blocking them as we would hate to have an emergency in the area and not be able to have responders be able to provide our neighbors with a fast response if the need arises.

Good morning,
This is a reminder that the Highland Springs Semi-Annual Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20, at 6:00 p.m. at Evangel Presbyterian Church, located at 1545 S 135th St W.
Although there will be no homeowner vote taking place during this meeting, homeowner input and feedback are always appreciated. We encourage residents to attend and share any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the community.

We are excited to announce that the community-wide garage sale will take place Thursday, April 23rd through Saturday, April 25th! This is a great opportunity to clear out unwanted items, find some treasures, and connect with neighbors. If you plan to participate, feel free to set up your garage or yard for the sale on these dates. We hope everyone enjoys this fun community tradition!

Update on the workout room: Water is still off in the poolhouse, but the floors are dry and the workout equipment has been put back into place!

Residents: We wanted to let everyone know that one of the waterlines in the Poolhouse sprung a leak with the cold temps that we had over the last week or so. It was not the same line that ruptured last time, but due to this the workout room is temporarily out of order.
