This is a great opportunity to clear out unwanted items, find some treasures, and connect with neighbors. Update on the workout room: Water is still off in the poolhouse, but the floors are dry and the workout equipment has been put back into place!

Residents: We wanted to let everyone know that one of the waterlines in the Poolhouse sprung a leak with the cold temps that we had over the last week or so. It was not the same line that ruptured last time, but due to this the workout room is temporarily out of order.

Residents: It has been reported that the Algae seen in the North Pond is Blue Green Algae. Precautions should be taken when fishing to wash hands, etc after handling. Probably also a good idea to make sure dogs don't go into the pond. The pond is being treated, but that will take some time. Thank you.
