Celebrate Independence Day at VFW 3115 with good food, great friends, and live music!

Join us Saturday, July 4th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM for our "You Bring It – We Burn It" cookout!

We'll have smash burgers and sides provided, but if you'd rather throw your favorite steak, brats, hot dogs, chicken, or other grill-worthy goodies on the fire, bring them along and we'll help "burn" them to perfection! 🔥🥩🌭🍗

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🚗⛳

Want to support VFW Post 3115 while enjoying some fresh air and helping with one of Wichita's premier golf events?

We're looking for volunteers to help staff the parking lots during the Crestview/Wichita Open from June 25–28. This is a great opportunity to support the VFW, meet new people, and represent "The Friendliest Post in Kansas!"

Plane load of Heroes headed on their trip of a lifetime! will tour war & branch of service memorials, Fort McHenry and Arlington National Cemetery to see the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Return is Wednesday. Join us at the Nguyen Golden Hotel & Conference Center 6815 W Kellogg Drive to Welcome them home. Plane lands at 12:30 then the veterans will be bused over to the celebration. With school out, great time to bring out the kids to meet some Heroes! And we love signs, balloons and whatevers! 🎉🇺🇸😉

Heading out next week! Onboard are 93 Kansas Vietnam War veterans. They include 5 females, 3 sets of brothers and a couple who both served. Kansas WWII, Korea & Vietnam veterans able to travel can get on our wait list for a future flight by applying online on our website. Veterans go in order of when application is received, with WWII & Korea going to the head of the line. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us today at VFW Post 3115! We had 17 participants, and what a fun afternoon it was!

The creativity, laughter, and fellowship on display were amazing. From unique designs to artistic masterpieces, everyone brought their own special touch, making the event a success. More importantly, it was wonderful to spend time together, make new memories, and enjoy each other’s company.

Thank you to all who attended and helped make the day so much fun. We can’t wait to do it again!

Unfortunately, today’s YOGA at VFW Post 3115 has been canceled. Our instructor, Meghan, is under the weather and unable to lead the class today.
