It’s hard to believe it’s been a decade since WSU GoBabyGo first started transforming lives! 🔟🎉
Samantha Corcoran, Nathan Smith, and Beth Watkins started our program as a Service Learning class project with two cars, and now we've grown into an active student club and community movement that we are so incredibly proud of.
As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, we want to look back at the numbers that tell our story:
🚘 210+ Customized Cars: That’s over 200 children who gained the power to explore their world on their own terms.
🛠 825 Student Participants: To the Shocker students who spent late nights soldering, wiring, and building—you are the engine of this program. We're especially grateful for the unique collaboration between engineering, physical therapy, speech therapy, and other majors.
👥 20+ Community Therapists: Your expertise ensures every car is perfectly tailored to a child’s specific needs.
🤝 Dozens of Sponsors: More than just donors, you are true partners. From providing resources to cheering us on and showing up for our families, your hands-on commitment is what keeps us moving.
A special thank you to for connecting us with the generous sponsors who believe in our vision, and to the Wichita State University College of Engineering and the Project Innovation Hub for providing our lab space and a home for this work to flourish. And to Sarah and Chris Woelk for your support and your photographs that capture the joy of our little drivers.
To the families who have trusted us with your journeys: thank you for letting us be a small part of your lives. Watching a child hit that "go" button for the first time never gets old.
Here’s to the next 10 years of moving forward together! 💪🏻💛🖤
