We love a good cry around here…

If you have seen Rocky 🎥 you know how I felt looking for these two, my wife and daughter after the 7th and final marathon of the Great World Race

The finish line 🏁 was crowded and chaotic and I only wanted to find and hug 🥰 two of my biggest cheerleaders 📣

I will never be able to put into words exactly how I felt… so much pain 🤕 and so much joy 🥹 at the same time

I am so very thankful for the opportunity to run/support ICT S.O.S. and ALL OF YOU, your messages of encouragement have left me in tears 😭

And all of the picture/selfie requests are also flattering and absolutely A-OKAY, keep ‘em coming

As for the ankle… minimum of two months - of no running - and possibly as long as 6 months pending the grade of the stress fracture

However, that kind of sounds like a ‘challenge accepted’ right Dr. Frank 🤷🏼‍♂️😂🙃

Already back to work!

My congratulations and welcome back cake 🎂 from my AMAZING 🤩 morning family

It REALLY is good to be back! That’s what happens when you have a job you love 💕

Injury update: it’s a stress fracture and I will (most likely) be in a walking boot for a while, and my running days are done for weeks, if not months 🥺
