Attention: Wichita State will be closed and classes will be canceled Wednesday, Dec. 5, to pay respects to President George H.W. Bush, who died Nov. 30. Kansas Gov. Jeff Colyer issued an executive order closing state offices Wednesday in observance.

Monday, Dec. 3, 2018 -- Wichita State University will be closed Wednesday in observance of the National Day of Mourning for President George H.W. Bush.
