Bombers Softball 16U - Bauer We are an all-volunteer competitive softball team focused on player growth, family, and strong bonds.

Our mission is to develop skills for the next level—whether high school, college, or beyond—while creating memories and friendships that last. We are an all-volunteer, independent softball team dedicated to developing players both on and off the field. The Bombers Softball squad has NINE athletes headed to the high school fields today for tryouts! 🥎🔥

We are beyond excited to watch this group of girls showcase their talent, heart, and hard work as they step into this next chapter. We can’t wait to highlight them throughout the high school season and cheer them on every step of the way!

Good luck to our girls — and to all of our friends, former teammates, and the entire softball community trying out today. Go shine! ✨

Bombers Softball Bauer 16U battled hard but came up short against ICT Impact 16U, falling 11-6 on Sunday.

The Bombers answered quickly after falling behind early. In the bottom of the first inning, Taylor Hansen ‘29 doubled to drive in a run, Avery Harris ‘29 followed with a triple, and Brinly Rooker ‘28 added an RBI groundout to even the score.

ICT Impact regained momentum in the second inning, using a bases-loaded walk and a groundout to extend their lead. They added another run in the third on a double to make it 8-4.

Bombers continued to compete, highlighted by an inside-the-park home run from Hansen in the third inning.

Annalee Winters ‘29 started in the circle, allowing six hits and eight runs (five earned) over three innings while striking out three. ICT Impact’s starter pitched four innings, giving up six hits and six runs (five earned) with three strikeouts.

Hansen led the Bombers offensively with three RBIs, finishing 2-for-2 at the plate. Harris and Hansen each collected two hits, while Addilyn Kick ‘29 applied pressure on the bases with two stolen bags.

The Bombers showed grit throughout the game, competing until the final out.

Hansen Drives in 5 as Bombers Roll Past Select Fastpitch 316, 14-2

Bombers Softball Bauer 16U opened bracket play in dominant fashion Sunday, defeating Select Fastpitch 316 Persinger 14U, 14-2, at Genesis Sports Complex.

Taylor Hansen ‘29 powered the offense, driving in five runs on two hits. Hansen doubled in the second inning to bring home three runs and tripled in the third to add another RBI.

The Bombers responded in a big way in the bottom of the second, flipping the game with seven runs on three hits to take an 8-2 lead. Hansen’s three-run double was the key blow in the inning.

They continued to pour it on in the third, plating six more runs. A passed ball scored one, Trinity Sisk ‘29 doubled to drive in three, Hansen tripled home another run, and Avery Harris ‘29 added an RBI single.

Harris ‘29 earned the win in the circle, allowing six hits and two runs over three innings while walking one.

The Bombers tallied nine hits in the game. Harris, Hansen, Jayla Hallacy ‘28, and Olivia Mesker ‘30 each recorded two hits. The team showed patience at the plate with seven walks, led by Addilyn Kick ‘29 and Annalee Winters ‘29 with two each. Mesker swiped two bases as the Bombers continued to pressure on the base paths.

Defensively, Bombers Softball Bauer 16U were flawless, committing no errors. Kick led the team with three fielding chances.

Bombers Softball Bauer 16U closed out tournament play in commanding fashion Saturday, defeating G2 Heat 16U Willis 20-2 at Genesis Sports Complex.

Trinity Sisk ‘29 had a monster performance at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a triple in the first inning, a single in the second, and an inside-the-park home run in the third.

The Bombers jumped ahead early in the first inning. Sisk tripled to score one run, Avery Harris ‘29 doubled to bring home two, and Brinly Rooker ‘28 blasted a two-run home run to center field.

They kept the momentum rolling in the second inning, scoring eight runs on four hits. Sisk singled home a run, Harris added a two-run single, Peyton Sumner ‘29 drew a bases-loaded walk, and Annalee Winters ‘29 delivered the exclamation point with a grand slam to right field.

Seven more runs crossed in the third inning to extend the lead to 20-2. A dropped third strike scored one run, Sisk’s inside-the-park homer plated two, Harris added another RBI single, Carlie Schuetz ‘28 grounded out to score one, and Sumner doubled to bring in two more.
Rooker ‘28 earned the win in the circle, allowing two hits and two runs (one earned) over two and two-thirds innings while striking out six and walking one.

Bombers Softball Bauer 16U totaled 15 hits in the game. Winters ‘29 led the team with four RBIs from the nine spot in the lineup. Sisk and Harris each collected three hits, while Rooker and Olivia Mesker ‘30 added multiple hits.
The Bombers were disciplined at the plate, drawing six walks. Schuetz and Taylor Hansen ‘29 each recorded two walks. On the bases, the team was aggressive, racking up seven stolen bases, with Addilyn Kick ‘29 and Hansen each swiping multiple bags.

Defensively, the Bombers were flawless, committing no errors. Jayla Hallacy ‘28 led the team with six fielding chances.

Bombers Softball Bauer 16U and Kansas Renegades 2029 fought through a defensive showdown, ending in a 0-0 tie.

Both teams were locked in from the circle. Annalee Winters ‘29 got the start for the Bombers and delivered a strong performance, allowing five hits over six innings while keeping the Renegades off the scoreboard. The right-hander struck out three and walked just one.
Kansas Renegades 2029’s starter matched that intensity, surrendering four hits over six scoreless innings while striking out 12 and walking two.

Offensively, Olivia Mesker ‘30 led the Bombers at the plate, going 2-for-2 to account for half of the team’s hits.

Defensively, Bombers Softball Bauer 16U played a clean game without committing an error. Addilyn Kick ‘29 led the way in the field with four chances.

Bombers Softball Bauer 16U Defeat Royals Fastpitch 16U, 7-3

Bombers Softball Bauer 16U opened tournament play with a strong 7-3 victory over Royals Fastpitch 16U on Saturday at Genesis Sports Complex.

The Bombers wasted no time getting on the board in the top of the first inning. Taylor Hansen ‘29 singled to right field, Avery Harris ‘29 singled down the right field line, and Peyton Sumner ‘29 was hit by a pitch — each driving in a run to give the Bombers an early advantage.
They extended their lead in the second inning as Harris ‘29 drew a walk, Brinly Rooker ‘28 singled to right field, and Olivia Mesker ‘30 singled up the middle. Each plate appearance brought in a run, pushing the Bombers comfortably ahead.

Bombers added one more in the third inning when Alivia Clanton singled down the right field line, bringing the score to 7-3.

Harris ‘29 started in the circle, allowing six hits and three runs over two innings while striking out three and walking one. Clanton came in for relief and delivered a scoreless inning, giving up just one hit while striking out one and issuing no walks.

Offensively, Harris ‘29 led the middle of the lineup with two RBIs and went 1-for-1 at the plate. Mesker ‘30 had a perfect day, going 2-for-2 to lead the team in hits. The Bombers showed great discipline at the plate, drawing six walks in the game.

Bombers Softball Bauer 16U will next face Kansas Renegades 2029 later in tournament play.

It’s the FINAL hoo-rah for our Bombers Softball girls this weekend! 🖤🩵

The team is competing in the High School Warm Up tournament to get ready for the upcoming high school season. While we’re sad we won’t have a spring season together, we are SO excited to watch these girls shine this weekend — and all season long in high school! (Come on June! 🫶)
