d Restrictions (CCRs) were established in 1973. The five volunteer CLVLA directors handle two lakes and four AREAs of commons. These representatives pledge to follow our Bylaws, City Ordinances, State and Federal laws. Members can be Individual units in Parcel 1 for 225 home and 38 duplex units, plus voting block members are in Parcel 5 & 6 with 121 units for CLVCA Condos/Townhomes HOA, Parcel 4 with 14 for Spanish Villas apartments, Parcel 3 with 14 for Cedar Bridge Townhomes HOA, and Parcel 7 with 78 units for Brookwood apartments. As of 2017 our board meetings are the third Wednesday of the month in March, June and September quarterly. We mail a newsletter notification of our annual meeting in November that includes the billing invoice. Your small yearly dues support simple maintenance costs and some improvements to the commons and lakes. Volunteering reduces our budget increases. We are located SE of the intersection of Rock & Harry reaching east to Longford Lane and south to Mt. Vernon Street. We have the feel of being in the country but are close many major sites including Towne East Square Mall, McConnell AFB, Cessna, Hawker Beechcraft, Boeing, and Spirit. We are one mile from the Kansas Turnpike (I-35 Exit 50) and downtown to Intrust Bank Arena is a quick seven miles mostly via the highway; Kellogg Ave (US-54).
