This is a reminder that all 2026 HOA dues must be paid by August 1, 2026, to avoid interest charges.

At this time, our records indicate that we have not received proof of payment for 72 properties. If you have already paid your dues but have not yet submitted proof of payment, please email a screenshot or photo of your payment confirmation to [email protected].

If proof of payment/payment is not received by August 1, 2026, we will consider the account unpaid and proceed accordingly, including the assessment of applicable interest.

Construction on 135th Street begins today! Here are some bullet points from the public meeting last week:

Project Kickoff: Physical construction begins this Monday, 6/15/26.

Phase 1 Focus: Construction of a new bridge located just south of Lost Creek.
Phase 1 Timeline: Estimated to take approximately 25 weeks.
Immediate Road Closures: 135th Street will be closed between Lost Creek and the new housing developments.
Later Phase 1 Closures: Lost Creek will close temporarily toward the end of the bridge build so crews can work on the north side. *We have been told that no "special assessments" will be applied.

Long-Term Traffic Impact: After bridge and drainage work wrap up, traffic will be restricted to a single northbound lane for the remainder of the project.

Pedestrian Upgrades: The finished road will feature a 10-foot sidewalk on the west side and a 6-foot sidewalk on the east side.

Final Completion: The project is projected to wrap up by the third quarter of 2027, successfully connecting the area to the rest of the city.
