Last Friday’s Friends of HopeNet gathering was filled with connection, creativity, and meaningful conversation. 💙

A special thank you to Katherine for sharing practical insights on setting healthy boundaries, and to Pam VanBebber for leading us through a fun sugar cookie decorating activity inspired by the importance of protecting those boundaries.

We loved spending time together, learning more about HopeNet’s mission, and encouraging one another along the way. Thank you to everyone who joined us—we can’t wait to see you at the next Friends of HopeNet event!

The Friends of HopeNet are Christian women who enjoy fellowship, like to build community and have a heart for people who are hurting. The goal of the group is simple…to advocate for and advance the purpose of HopeNet through hosting gatherings, care for staff, volunteer at special events and much more! If you want to learn more about Friends of HopeNet, give us a call!!

Every day at HopeNet, we sit with children, individuals,
and families at the intersection of mental health
and poverty, where hope can feel out of reach.

In these moments, we do something simple, but powerful...
we hold HOPE for each person until they can hold it again themselves.

But we don't do it alone. We have people like you that
choose to step in and help hold HOPE too.

Introducing HOLDER OF HOPE, HopeNet’s community of
monthly donors making HOPE possible every single day.

We are inviting you to become a
HOLDER OF HOPE through a monthly gift of $35, or any amount meaningful to you. Join our faithful supporters already giving
monthly to help children, individuals, and families find HOPE again.

We can all hold HOPE together! Sign up for monthly giving at the link in our comments!

🎉 Please join us in welcoming our new BridgesICT Manager, Shaun Estrada! 🎉

Shaun joined the HopeNet team at the end of March and has already made an incredible impact! Her passion for community transformation, restoring hope, and empowering individuals and families shines through in everything she does, and we are so grateful to have her on our team.

Take a moment to learn more about Shaun below, and be sure to leave her a warm welcome in the comments! 👇

✨ ABOUT SHAUN ✨

As a Wichita native, Shaun is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community where she was raised. She and her husband, David, have been married for 28 years. During their 20 years in Dallas, Texas, they raised their children, planted churches, and served in ministry focused on equipping and supporting under-resourced communities. In 2019, they felt called back to Kansas, and in 2020 they planted Mosaic Life Church, where they continue to pastor and serve. Throughout the year, Shaun also speaks at churches, workshops, women’s retreats, and international events.

Shaun is honored to be part of the work of poverty reduction and community transformation. After attending her first Getting Ahead graduation, she was deeply moved by the graduates’ stories and the hope they carried for their futures and the futures of their children. Joining HopeNet and leading the BridgesICT program aligns closely with her passion for generational change, restoring hope, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive. She believes every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope, and she is grateful to combine faith, leadership, and community impact in her work.

When she's not working, Shaun enjoys traveling, writing, and gardening. One of her greatest joys is spending time with her family and hearing their laughter around the table. ❤️
