Ever feel like you’re constantly swimming upstream, exhausting yourself with endless decisions and mental gymnastics?

Today at our Hive Lunch & Learn, we had the most liberating realization about structure, and it’s not what you think. Structure isn’t about control; it’s about creating a loving, supportive system that actually FREES you.

Imagine your brain as a computer. How many background processes are you running right now? Constantly re-deciding what to eat, when to work, how to manage your day? What if instead, you could close those tabs and trust a system to have your back?

Key revelations:
- Your nervous system shouldn’t be your project manager
- Consistency is the highest leverage move for energy management
- You’re not tired because you do too much - you’re tired because parts of your life are running without an operating system

For my fellow neurodivergent friends: This is NOT about forcing yourself into a rigid box. This is about creating scaffolding that actually supports your unique brain.

Join us next week at noon for our Wednesday Lunch & Learn. It’s Where Real Conversations Happen. Entrepreneurs, creatives, neurodivergents - this is YOUR space. Vulnerable conversations. Zero judgment. Maximum growth.

Every Wednesday at NOON.

Drop in. Level up.

In elementary school, I was the kid who never quite fit. Quiet. Big feelings. Big ideas. Always a little too much or not enough. I know the sting of being overlooked or left out.

So I understand how tender it feels to step into a space full of women and hope this time is different. That’s part of why I built The Hive.

Healing community doesn’t always feel safe at first. Sometimes our bodies brace before we sit down. Sometimes kindness feels suspicious because we’ve been hurt. Sometimes people feel the pull of something meaningful here and still leave fast. And yes, it can sting.

But this space isn’t meant to prevent discomfort. It’s meant to hold it with care. And it’s also built for joy, laughter, and those deep exhale moments that remind you that you’re not alone.

The Hive is for women willing to stay through early vulnerability. Women who’ve been misunderstood or burned before and still carry a thread of hope. Women who feel the hum of something sacred and choose to soften into it.

It reminds me of my 2nd marriage. I recognized his kindness immediately, but trusting it took time. I had to learn I wouldn’t be criticized for being myself. That’s what we’re building here too. A place where no one has to perform, where we repair instead of retreat, where being human is welcome.

Community isn’t seamless. It’s real and sacred and often sparkly and fun. Laughter in the kitchen. Fresh coffee. Soul-level conversations. The relief of realizing you don’t have to hold it all alone.

When someone walks away early, I trust they’re honoring what feels safest. And I keep building the kind of space I wished I had growing up.

So come sit at my lunch table. It’s not perfect. We fumble and repair. We show up real. And there’s a seat saved for you, exactly as you are.

Last week’s lunch & learn was a deep dive into the most renewable, yet often misunderstood resource we possess: ENERGY.

Turns out, it’s not about how much time you have, but how you nurture your inner ecosystem. Your body isn’t just a machine—it’s a messenger. Those energy dips? They’re not laziness, they’re wisdom. Those moments of flow? They’re your truth speaking.

Key revelations:
- Energy moves at the speed of safety
- Chronic fatigue is your body’s protest, not your weakness
- Your nervous system is constantly communicating—are you listening?

Pro tip: Your energy has seasons. Some days you’re a wildfire, others you’re a gentle flame. Both are valid.

Who else is ready to stop fighting their natural rhythm and start dancing with it? Drop a ❤️ in the comments if this resonates!

Something shifts when women stop performing “good” and start telling the truth.

At today’s Lunch & Learn, we explored the prompt: “If I were a bad girl…”

It wasn’t about rebellion. It was about liberation.
About letting desire speak without shame or apology.

There was laughter (deep, belly laughter).
There were moments of stillness.
There were moats, lazy rivers, and crop tops.
There were confessions of wanting more rest, more art, more pleasure, more permission.

And underneath the giggles was something electric:
a remembering of how much power lives in our honesty, our desire, and our voice.

Because “bad” is often just another word for free.

This is what happens when women gather in safety and truth:
transformation sounds like laughter.

At The Hive, we don’t gather because we’ve “arrived.”
We gather because we’re becoming.

You’ll meet women who are figuring it out in real time: entrepreneurs, healers, leaders, and creators who don’t pretend to have it all together. We share what’s true in the middle of the process, not after it’s polished.

Here, growth doesn’t mean hustling harder.
It means staying open while things are still taking shape.
It means breathing through the awkward middle, cheering each other on, and remembering that evolution can be tender and powerful.

If you’ve ever thought, “I’m not ready yet,” this space is for you.
You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be real.

Because the magic of The Hive isn’t found in perfection. It’s found in presence.
Come sit with us. Grow with us. Become with us.

Imagine starting your workday with sunlight pouring through your window, plants thriving beside your desk, and the quiet hum of women creating purposefully all around you.

A rare window office is open at The Hive. It’s more than a workspace; it’s an energy shift. A place to breathe, dream, and grow what’s next.

If you’ve been craving a private office that still keeps you connected to community, this might be your sign. Come feel the vibe.

Great conversation today! We explored the profound connection between our environment and our nervous system. Key insights:

1. Our spaces deeply impact our mental health:
- Natural light can reduce cortisol by up to 60%

- Highly sensitive people are especially attuned to environmental stimuli

2. Creating Calm Spaces:
- Prioritize natural materials and lighting
- Designate at least one area in your home that feels completely peaceful
- Be intentional about reducing digital and physical clutter

3. Nervous System Wisdom:
- We can regulate entire rooms with our own calm energy
- Women often set the emotional tone of a household
- Prioritizing self-care benefits everyone around us

Practical tips:
- Use soft, warm lighting in evenings
- Change HVAC filters regularly
- Create spaces that make you feel safe and relaxed
- Remember: You can always leave environments that don’t serve you

We’d love to have you join us at our next lunch and learn next Wednesday at noon! Just pm us for details!

Today’s Lunch & Learn: Boundaries as Liberation

We explored the art of setting healthy boundaries—what they mean, how they feel in the body, and why they matter.

Key Insights
- Boundaries protect your energy and prevent burnout.
- They nurture healthier relationships.
- Saying “no” is an act of self-love, not selfishness.

Practical Wisdom
- Notice the first signs of overwhelm.
- “No” is a complete sentence.
- Step back from situations that drain your spirit.

Real Talk
- How women are conditioned to people-please.
- The physical signals of a boundary being crossed.
- Strategies for holding professional and personal limits.

Shared Truth
Boundaries look different for each of us, yet their essence is the same:
- Protecting energy
- Honoring capacity
- Creating space for what truly matters

Boundaries aren’t walls. They are bridges—to freedom, deeper connection, and a life that feels aligned.

Remember: Your energy and well-being are sacred.
