The Kansas YP Summit on Oct. 26 is a one-day experience for young professionals across Kansas who want to grow personally and professionally, connect with peers and make a meaningful impact in their communities. It was an honor to spend time with Koch interns and share more about the work the Chamber and W do to help young professionals connect, grow and build their future in Wichita.

Cami Dinkel, our W Program Manager, spoke about the importance of retaining young talent and the many ways emerging professionals can get involved, build relationships and see Wichita as a place to launch and grow their careers.
