Ranger Report
October

Happy fall everyone!

We are so glad the dog days of summer are over! The recent rains have really helped our lake levels! The cats are starting to put on the feed bag for winter so use large chunk baits or whole bluegills for the bigger cats. Eater size cats are of course hitting stink baits but we have seen many cats caught using crawlers and big grass hoppers too. Bass are hitting the pink and white wacky worms. Fish them close to shore. Heads up to everyone Oct 7 we start the fall hours! The lake will close at 8 pm. All docks will be cleared of members no later than 7:45 pm. The bait shop just received a big order from mad catz. Stop in and do some early Christmas shopping!

Please do not remove rocks from the south side of the lake where we had to have someone come in and stabilize the bank and road. These are here for support and must not be moved or walked on. Please take care of your lake and follow all rules and policies. We do ask that no rock, bricks, etc. are put onto the docks. Please check out the following link, under fishing, for the fishing rules and regulations.
Rules & Regulations – Spirit / Boeing Employees’ Association Thanks Management.

Hope to see you at the lake!
