While most of us get to enjoy a 3 day weekend, let us remember ( below is borrowed from Missing loved ones FB page).

"Some heroes never get the chance to grow old, tell their stories, or come home to the people they love.

Today, we remember them. 🇺🇸

The brave hearts who stood with courage. The selfless souls who sacrificed everything. The heroes whose names may fade from headlines, but will never fade from our hearts.

Because freedom was built on their bravery, and every peaceful moment we live today exists because they gave so much yesterday.

On this Memorial weekend & Memorial Day, we honor their legacy with gratitude, respect, and endless remembrance.

Overnight Camping:

Lake Hours are open Fri. 7:00 a.m. until Sun. 10:00 p.m.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the electric outlets in the campsites are still not up and running. However…… we will be opening up the campgrounds for Memorial weekend so you can enjoy a great weekend with no camping fees. Generators are welcome during this time to help run your campers. We ask that you please bear with us as we continue to work on this and will keep posted with updates.

3rd Place - TIE- Malichai Mock & Marissa Wright 18.4 lbs.
Largest Catfish caught - Miguel Tovar 6.9 lbs.

There is some confusion about the Lunker Tournament Date. Our website says 2 different dates. The Tournament starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 16 and runs through till 8 a.m. on Sunday May 17. Questions feel free to call 316-522-5966. The lake is closed for fishing today due to the fish already stocked for tournament. So no fishing unless you are entered in the tournament. Regular fishing starts Sunday morning at 8 a.m.

LUNKER CATFISH TOURNAMENT
May 16 & 17

Your chance to catch the "BIG" one and take 1st place has just gotten better. Grab your fishing poles and don’t worry about bait, our lake store can accommodate all your needs for this tournament. Once the fish for this tournament have been stocked in the lake there will be no fishing until the tournament starts at 8 a.m. on May 16.
