Kansas Health Foundation Our mission is to improve the health of all Kansans. But, it’s only possible with a broad network of effective partnerships across the state.

We are an organization full of dedicated individuals who work every day to improve health in the state of Kansas. We dream big, promote bold visions and truly believe that it’s possible for Kansas to someday lead the nation in health. We work closely with other health foundations, nonprofit groups, community foundations, state agencies, universities, hospitals, communities and advisory groups to d

evelop programs and initiatives and to find answers to complex health issues. And we will continue to form and strengthen partnerships with more Kansas organizations and communities. Our work has continued for nearly 40 years, and we’re currently in the midst of an exciting new challenge. For many foster care youth, frequent moves between homes and schools make forming meaningful relationships difficult.

Children 1st, a Wichita-area social service nonprofit, was inspired to change that. Funded in part by a Kansas Health Foundation Innovation Grant, they piloted a one-week summer camp to create a space where foster youth could build meaningful relationships.

We're thrilled to announce that Juston has been named Director of Operations at the Kansas Health Foundation.

In this role, he will oversee the key functions of information technology, facilities, digital systems and contracts, and he's bringing extensive experience from both the nonprofit and private sectors to his new role at KHF.
