I was lucky. I say it to myself on the hard days, and it’s true every single time.

Lucky enough to have you, so lucky that it still hurts this much.
The moments turned into memories a long time ago. I’m still holding them as tightly as I did the first year.
I don’t intend to loosen my grip.

Narcan enables saving lives, narcan prevents parents from losing their child over a mistake, over a mishap, over an addiction that they may not necessarily know how to get out of based off of one night, one choice, one bad day.

It could be your child. Mother. Father. Sister. Brother. Cousin. Aunt. Uncle. Spouse. Friend.

Only one pill kills. And narcan is a safety procedure that in this day is good to have just incase.

Stop looking at narcan as something that promotes the drug use and realize we finally have something to help save lives that could tragically be lost to what should be a one time temporary pain relief.

We lose so many everyday to this cold harsh world. Lets save the lives that we can and as many as we can.
