for this guy who came into our lives almost 4 years ago & instantly loved Owen as his own. He's helped Owen grow in areas I never imagined possible, he understands & accepts Owen. He's been there as Owens biggest supporter thru the good bad & ugly & loves him unconditionally. Thanks a bunch Big Daddy, you mean the world to Mr.O 😊

Where was my camera when I needed it?!
Mr.O baited a hook 5 times..yes the boy who would squeal in pure terror & run inside where we'd be trapped allll day if a knat got in his vision.The boy who was scared to death of ladybugs, That boy not only baited a hook 5 times, he ever so patiently fished for 2 1/2 hours until he caught that fish! Granted he couldn't touch said fish to get off hook but hey PROGRESS! He didn't freak out over large noisy group, he socialized, he made new friends, he was OWEN. Ok maybe he fixated a bit over the bee that had got in his bottle of root beer that he felt touch his lips... however he did not spew that root beer everywhere in truck nor go into full meltdown mode. He calmly opened truck door, dumped root beer & spat out his mouth to ground...then proceeded to say 4 times in a row "I can't believe there was a bee in my root beer & I almost drank it!" I'll take pete & repeat ANY day thank you! I'm so proud that that boy of before is growing into a fine young man😊
