"Even if precedents of the United States Supreme Court were sound in light of the social constructs of today, they did not ever require an u***d father to make an irrational showing of unneeded support for the u***d mother. They required the u***d father to show he is willing and able to parent. The statute at issue here removes that question from the landscape. The de facto effect is to deprive the u***d father of any real due process. He has no meaningful opportunity to be heard. He gets no meaningful notice of what he must prove. It doesn’t matter to say in the legal precedents that the burden of proof is on the one taking the child, by clear and convincing evidence. To the surprise of both the u***d mother and father in this case, when they went to court, Father was on trial for how he treated Mother. That is not due process."
