One of the most hilarious traditions we do is our Gift Wrap game.
-First we cut gift wrap in random shapes in sizes, some as small as your hand while others as large as a tent with holes cut out to resemble a snowflake.
-We then go around and hide the gift wrap in unusual places, sometimes with just a itty bitty corner sticking out
-Then the game starts by proclaiming the item they must acquire (think something silly like 'your left shoe' or 'a utensil you could eat soup with') and GO!
-Chaos absolute chaos, the scouts run and find their item and then start their search for the gift wrap. The first gift wrap they touch must be the one they use.
-They return to home base to wrap their item as fast and as clean as they can.
- Points are awarded from best to worst in the two categories and the winner after 3-5 rounds gets whatever prize we think of on the spot.

This weekend we ventured down to do our annual Lock Out. Filled the day full of swimming, kayaking, magnet fishing, olympic style games, and finally did our post summer camp Court of Honor.
A relaxing fun filled weekend before the bustle of school. 🔥 🏊 🛶 🍕

And no, we obviously did not shoot guns this time, I can't believe you would even assume that.

Phoenix on the left, Kolbi on the right, and Izaac in the middle as soon as the ride went up he blacked out and came to right as the ride was ending screaming his head off. Approximately 75 seconds after this he tripped over his own feet landing himself in a wheelchair and this being his final ride of the day.
