The pins are hitting the map. 🗺️

We had a great session Sunday mapping out the Crew 247 calendar. We’re moving fast to build a year of high-adventure treks and skill-building challenges.

Here is what’s on the horizon:
🗓️ June 6th: Our first "Shakedown" outing. (Details being finalized!)
🔨 August 1st: The "Float or Sink" Challenge. We’re testing "engineering skills" with a temporary boat build—think duct tape, cardboard, and who knows what else with a race to see who stays dry the longest. And if you can duplicate the image below?!?! 🤖 AI needs a reboot!
🌊 The North Star: Summer 2027 Whitewater planning is officially underway.

Missed the meeting? You aren't behind yet. Our next planning session is Sun, May 31st at 1:00 PM at West Heights UMC. We’ll be locking in the final logistics for June and July.

Water or Woods? 🛶🏔️

One of the first things we’re doing at the Crew 247 Launch this Sunday is picking our first outing for early June.

In this Crew, we don’t just show up for trips—we design them. Whether it’s hitting the river for a paddle or hitting the trail to prep for bigger peaks, the crew in the room calls the shots.

Our first official Crew 247 Planning Meeting is set for Sunday, April 26th.

This isn't your typical meeting—we’ll be sitting down to look at the 2026/2027 calendar, including a potential trip to NE Wisconsin for whitewater rafting (SERIOUSLY!). We’re finalizing the exact Sunday afternoon time-slot to fit everyone's schedule, so stay tuned for the final drop!
