💫 Marquetta Atkins-Woods is the Founder & Executive Director of Destination Innovation a Wichita-based powerhouse for youth-driven equity and community transformation. A proud Wichita State University alumna, Marquetta has dedicated her life to ensuring young people—especially those from historically excluded communities—have the tools to lead. Since launching Camp Destination Innovation in 2015, she has built a thriving ecosystem of impact, including Progeny, Root the Power, and Cure Violence ICT. In 2025, she further expanded this reach by bringing Rise Up for Youth under her leadership. Beyond her advocacy, she is the author of the children's book Kayin Finds His Voice and serves on several boards, including the ACLU of Kansas. A dedicated community builder, Marquetta is rooted in the belief that young people are the "right now" leaders of justice and liberation.
💫 Shakeena Chambers is the Founder and CEO of Bailey’s Learning Academy, apremier early childhood education center built on love, structure, and high standards. A dedicated leader with deep roots in childcare, Shakeena serves families with a hands-on approach that blends tradition with innovation. Under her leadership, Bailey’s Learning Academy has become a community-centered environment where children thrive academically and emotionally. Known for her commitment to excellence and integrity, Shakeena focuses on building strong teams and maintaining the highest standards of care. A believer in investing in people and legacy, she operates on the principle that strong roots grow strong children—planting the foundation for the next generation to flourish.
💫 Christina Long is a native Wichitan, a Wichita State University alumna, and a powerhouse entrepreneur dedicated to inclusive economic impact. Driven by a passion for community-building, Christina is the Founding President/CEO of Create Campaign a nonprofit she established to empower urban entrepreneurs across the Midwest to launch, innovate, and scale. Her leadership extends to the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Network Kansas, where she leads the Wichita Urban Entrepreneurship Community. A multi-award-winning visionary, she has been named one of the "50 Kansans You Should Know." Alongside her husband, Jonathan, Christina is building a lasting legacy for her three children and grandchild.
