Please join us in welcoming Chef Drew Tucker to the team!
Drew is a classically trained executive chef and culinary leader with 18 years of experience spanning high-volume food production, fine dining, catering, banquet operations, and multi-concept restaurants. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Culinary Arts and Business Management, giving him a strong combination of culinary creativity and operational discipline.
Throughout his career, Drew has developed and executed menus, standardized recipes, managed large-scale events, and built high-performing culinary teams of up to 50 employees. His experience includes preparing events for organizations such as the Oklahoma City Thunder, Devon Energy, Hobby Lobby, and the Oklahoma Governor’s Mansion. He is also skilled in pastry and baking, meat and seafood dishes, sushi preparation, and new menu creation.
Drew is a local chef, husband, and father who believes that good food has a way of bringing people together. With a passion for cooking and a deep commitment to the community, he strives to use his talents not only to create great meals, but also to make a positive difference in the lives of others. He believes that everyone deserves to feel welcomed, valued, and cared for- and that sometimes the simplest acts of kindness can have the greatest impact.
