A big thank you to Kelly Potter for speaking at our August WFHRMA monthly meeting on "Introverted Leaders."

Kelly shared valuable insights that challenged the common misconception that great leaders must be the loudest voices in the room. Introverted leaders bring unique strengths to the workplace, including thoughtful decision-making, active listening, meaningful relationship-building, and the ability to create space for others to contribute.

One of the key takeaways was that leadership is not about personality type, but about influence, authenticity, and the ability to inspire and empower others. Introverts have a tremendous capacity to lead effectively by leveraging their natural strengths and embracing their own leadership style.

Thank you, Kelly, for an engaging and thought-provoking presentation, and thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion.
