Thank you Texoma! Texoma Gives was a success and while we didn't reach the number of people we hoped, the funds raised will provide much needed support to the Lil Guardians in our community and continue to spread awareness and educate on abuse prevention!

Our goal is intentionally big: 695 donors for the 695 confirmed victims of abuse or neglect in the 11 counties we serve.

We know 695 is a lot. That's the point. Child abuse is a community-sized problem, and it deserves a community-sized response!

GOC may meet a child during one of the hardest chapters of their life. We help them navigate court. We stand beside them when they need strength to face the person who hurt them.

But our relationship doesn't have to end at the courthouse doors.

We show up for the hard days at school. Soccer games. Concerts. Graduations. Sometimes, years later, even wedding days.

That's what your gift supports: an organization that keeps showing up to support kids that have been through what no child should.

A report may be one day. A court hearing may be one day.

But healing doesn't happen in one day.

GOC stays involved with the children we serve. We are there when court is scary, when school is hard, when they need someone cheering for them in the stands, and (our favorites).... when life gives them something BIG to celebrate.

In FY2025, 695 children in the 11 counties served by Guardians of the Children – Falls Town Chapter were confirmed victims of child abuse and/or neglect.

For Texoma Gives, we're setting a huge goal: find 695 people willing to stand with them.

Give $1. Give $5. Give $1 a month. Give whatever is right for you. We're not measuring compassion by the size of the gift. We're counting PEOPLE.

Because every one of those 695 children deserves to know their community cares.
