Katie Kuka is our VP and she is new to the CCFW scene this year, but has long been in the poverty-fighting space at Notre Dame's Lab for Economic Opportunities. She believes so deeply in CCFW's mission to end poverty, her Indiana roots gladly puts up with the Texas heat. A master of excel and order, we're excited to have Katie in our orbit.

Our CEO, Heather, was headed to a meeting when a familiar story came running down the hall. Jazmin, a former Stay the Course student, stopped her at the elevator to say thank you and share what life looks like now:
Working for the City of Fort Worth. Finishing her Master's degree this December. Still cheering on the next generation of first-generation college students.
We spend a lot of time talking about outcomes, but were delighted when this one stopped us at the elevator. We are so proud of you, Jazmin!

Nadine Richardson is our Senior Director of Partnerships & Grants. Polishing off her 16th year here, she started in Refugee Services and has grown to be one of the chief faces out and about town.

Francine Speer-Stratman is also running a 16 year marathon at CCFW, starting in client services and wearing many hats until landing as the manager of our Gabriel Project and Blessed Beginnings. She loves the mission so much, she even recruited her husband, Mike, to join the CCFW team.
