The Hispanic Outreach Taskforce proudly invites our community to the 2026 El Grito de Dolores Celebration honoring Mexican Independence Day through culture, music, and community.

Join us on Sunday, August 30, 2026 for live mariachi performances, folklórico dance, and a celebration that brings our community together while supporting HOT scholarships and helping Santa Fe High School raise funds for its mariachi program.

We also invite businesses and community partners to become event sponsors and help invest in students, culture, and future opportunities for our youth.

Whittier families facing hardship because of immigration enforcement can get help from Bondad, a new program from the Hispanic Outreach Taskforce. Bondad means “kindness” in Spanish.
